Explosion in Pakistan: Dozens Dead and Injured
This morning, an explosion occurred at the train station in Quetta, Balochistan province of Pakistan. At least 21 people have been killed and around 30 others injured, according to Geo TV.
"It appears to be a suicide bomber attack, but it is too early to say for certain," stated Senior Police Officer Mohammad Baloch.
The explosion happened at the station just as a train was scheduled to depart from Quetta to Peshawar. As several of the injured are in critical condition, the death toll may rise.
Police and security forces have arrived at the scene. An emergency regime has been declared in hospitals.
