VIDEO: Pashinyan Visits Collapsed Railroad Section, Talks and Drinks Coffee with Construction Workers
Due to flooding, the bridge leading to Akhtala has collapsed, and a temporary pedestrian bridge has been constructed. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
"Efforts are also underway to restore the collapsed railroad section," he noted, sharing a video from his visit.
Accompanied by Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan and MP Aren Mkrtchyan, the Prime Minister toured the areas affected by the disaster, familiarized himself with the ongoing recovery efforts, and chatted over coffee with the construction workers on-site.
“Well, fill it, we will drink it that way,” Pashinyan said while waiting for the coffee to be ready, jokingly adding, “When has a constructor ever completed their work on time?”
Details can be found in the video.
