The Chapel Built in Memory of Fallen Hero Karen Margaryan Robbed in Tavush
On June 4, an act of desecration occurred in the Tavush region. This is reported by Shamshyan.com. Operational information was received at the community police division of the Tavush police department that the "Saint Karapet" chapel, built in memory of the legendary hero Karen Margaryan who fell in the Artsakh war, has been robbed.
It was discovered that an unknown person or persons entered the chapel dedicated to the hero, broke the donation box, and stole the money inside. The perpetrator of the crime is identified as 63-year-old V. A., a resident of the same region, who confessed to committing the theft at the end of May.
