8-Year-Old Monte and Syune Conquer Mount Ararat
This year, Monte Muradyan and Syune Kosakyan from the '4 Peaks' children and youth mountaineering club successfully ascended Mount Ararat, becoming the youngest participants in both the boys' and girls' categories to tackle the peak's height of 5165/5137m at just 8 years old.
This achievement is exceptional, particularly for Armenia, and could very well be a unique result in a broader international context.
