Picsart Founder Hovhannes Avoyan Awarded State Medal

The President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, has met with businessman, member of the board of trustees of the American University of Armenia, and founder of the Picsart technology company, Hovhannes Avoyan, to present him with a state honor.

Hovhannes Avoyan has been awarded the 2nd degree medal for services rendered to the homeland on the occasion of the Republic Day. According to the presidential staff, the award was given for his significant contributions to education, science, culture, economic development, and the preservation of Armenian heritage, as well as for his long-term activities.

Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Avoyan on the award and noted that his experience and work could further contribute to the development and advancement of Armenia.
