Since the beginning of July, more than 400,000 square meters of storage and logistics space have been destroyed in Ukraine due to Russian attacks. This is reported by Forbes Ukraine, citing calculations from its analytical department.

According to the publication, among those affected are Fozzy Group, Rozetka, Epicenter, Nova Poshta, as well as hundreds of entrepreneurs whose goods were stored in major logistics centers.

On the night of August 5, Russian forces carried out one of the largest attacks on the logistics infrastructure of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, resulting in the destruction of more than eight warehouses and logistics hubs. The damaged or destroyed facilities include the Novus logistics center, two logistics complexes of Epicenter, a ceramic tile manufacturing plant, Rozetka’s largest warehouse, and warehouses belonging to Puma, Silpo, Liqui Moly, Toyota Ukraine, and Denka Logistics.

Rozetka co-owner Vladislav Chechetkin stated that the damage to the company as a result of the attack is estimated to be in the billions of hryvnias. According to Forbes Ukraine, following the wide-ranging Russian strikes, the Ukrainian government and large retail networks have begun discussing urgent measures to strengthen the protection of the logistics system and ensure the continuity of goods supply.
