Orbán Issues Warning About War With Russia
Discussions about sending NATO military instructors to Ukraine and allowing the Ukrainian armed forces to use Western weapons in Russian territory are rapidly bringing the West closer to war. This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, as reported by Hirado and conveyed by RIA Novosti.
“Every week we are getting closer to war,” he said. Orbán referred to NATO's desire to drag all of Europe into its war against Russia as absurd and reminded that the alliance is defensive, not military.
It is noteworthy that earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced that it is time for the alliance to reconsider certain restrictions regarding the use of weapons supplied to Ukraine.
