30.8 Million Drams to Ensure Irrigation Water for National Assembly Gardens
The government decided in its session today to allocate 30.8 million drams for ensuring irrigation water for the gardens of the National Assembly.
The justification for the decision states, "The building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia is registered as a cultural heritage monument, which also has a very beautiful garden and green areas. To maintain the rare trees and the current condition of the garden, it is necessary to provide it with irrigation water."
The staff of the National Assembly organized a procurement procedure for the drilling of boreholes for the purpose of irrigation within the territory of the National Assembly, based on the project budget documentation that has passed the necessary expertise in accordance with the Law on Procurement. As a result, a contract was signed with 'Varukh' LLC on December 18, 2023.
