Ukraine Has Become a Testing Ground for North Korean Missiles, Says American General

The U.S. military is concerned that Ukraine has become a testing ground for North Korean missiles. Charles Flynn, commander of U.S. Army Pacific, emphasized that North Korea has the opportunity to test its missiles in real combat operations for the first time.

“I can’t remember a time when the North Korean army had a laboratory on the battlefield like the one the Russians have allowed them to have in Ukraine,” he said.

According to the American general, this provides North Korea with the opportunity to gain valuable insights on technical issues, procedures, and the missiles themselves.
