Inspection Halts Operations of ‘Nihau’ Public Catering Venue
Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body conducted regulatory measures at the public catering establishment owned by ‘Nihau’ LLC (located on Tamanian Street in Yerevan).
During the inspection, it became evident that the food establishment was operating in violation of established sanitary and hygienic norms. In particular, the structure was not designed to prevent the accumulation of dirt and did not apply appropriate hygiene methods. The kitchen floors, walls, and ceilings were damaged and lacked smooth surfaces, while work surfaces were not maintained in a repaired condition.
Following the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activities of the public catering venue have been halted, and a deadline has been set to rectify the identified violations.
