Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Condemns European Parliament Report
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Aykhan Hacizade has condemned the European Parliament's report, which calls for immediate sanctions against Azerbaijan and the suspension of oil and gas imports in the event of any military aggression by Azerbaijan against Armenia.
Hacizade stated that the articles included in the report are part of a "slanderous campaign" against Azerbaijan, describing them as "groundless and raising serious questions about the future of the European Union's overall foreign and security policy." He referred to the MEPs as "hostages of populism."
