“It is difficult to revoke a signature from something that is largely not functioning”: Mirzoyan
“It is difficult to revoke a signature from something that is largely not functioning.” This statement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, during the final press conference of 2023, referring to the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020.
“It is difficult to revoke a signature from something that is largely not functioning or when two of the three signatory parties have violated those terms. Armenia has always adhered to the obligations it has undertaken,” he emphasized.
He noted that the other two parties of the statement, unfortunately, have not acted accordingly, and the evidence is more than tangible, primarily regarding Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin corridor.
