Armenia's Representative on Human Rights to Present Evidence of Azerbaijan's Baseless Demands
Today, the delegation led by the representative on international legal issues participated in a procedural meeting at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, concerning the arbitration initiated by Azerbaijan under the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) on February 27, 2023.
The Republic of Armenia anticipates the finalization of the procedural rules in the aforementioned arbitration proceedings and is prepared to present its arguments and evidence at an appropriate stage of the arbitration process to demonstrate that Azerbaijan's legal claims are unfounded.
