When Will the Israel-Palestine Conflict Finish? Former Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Elaborates
The conflict in the Gaza Strip may come to an end within a few weeks, stated former Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Yossi Beilin in an interview with the Spanish newspaper Vanguardia.
In response to the publication's question about the possibility of the conflict concluding in just a few weeks, Beilin noted that the small Israeli military forces could continue fighting against the Palestinian Hamas movement in the enclave; however, he emphasized that the conflict could be considered finished.
The politician also mentioned the impossibility of negotiations between Israeli authorities and Hamas.
