We Are Building a Depoliticized Dialogue with Our Armenian Partners: Zakharova
Moscow supports Armenia's commitment to effective work within the framework of its presidency in the EAEU in 2024. This statement was made by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a press briefing. The information was reported by RIA Novosti.
“We are constructing a constructive, depoliticized dialogue with our Armenian partners, as well as with the other member states of the EAEU. Starting January 1, the presidency in the Union's bodies, as you mentioned again, will pass to Armenia. The Prime Minister of this country announced during a speech on December 25 at the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Supreme Council in St. Petersburg that Yerevan is focused on the systematic implementation of the tasks within the EAEU in the medium and long term. We support our partners' disposition; it is precisely this disposition for further effective work aimed at strengthening and developing Eurasian economic integration,” she said in the press briefing in response to a relevant question.
