Israeli Prime Minister Reacts Harshly to Erdogan's Statement
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded sharply to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's statement during his speech on December 27. According to RIA Novosti, Netanyahu accused Erdogan of perpetrating genocide against the Kurds and noted the record number of imprisoned journalists opposing his regime, adding that he is the last person who could give lessons on morality.
Netanyahu further stated that the Israel Defense Forces are fighting against Hamas, which Erdogan praises and has hosted numerous times. Earlier, the Turkish president criticized Netanyahu, once again comparing him to Adolf Hitler.
