What Have Artsakh Officials and Shahramanyan Discussed: A Meeting Has Taken Place
The state institutions of the Republic of Artsakh have not been dissolved. This was stated by the country's president, Samvel Shahramanyan, during a discussion with Artsakh officials.
“In his remarks, Samvel Shahramanyan addressed the presidential decree of September 26, which has been widely discussed recently. He emphasized that there is no document in the legal field of the Republic of Artsakh that provides for the dissolution of state institutions,” the statement said.
Issues concerning displaced residents of Artsakh following forced relocation were also discussed, along with proposals for their resolution. “Presenting the completed and ongoing work, President Shahramanyan emphasized the necessity of continuing these efforts in 2024. He instructed the mayor of Stepanakert and the heads of regional administrations to continue cataloging the problems of forcibly displaced citizens and to regularly report to the government,” the statement noted.
It is worth mentioning that the heads of state bodies in Artsakh continue to serve on a public basis.
