Video: The Prisoner Exchange Yesterday Can Be Considered a Zero Point, Says Prime Minister
The prisoner exchange that took place yesterday can be regarded as a zero point. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a ministerial meeting of landlocked developing countries.
“Since a very important event occurred yesterday—a prisoner exchange between Armenia and Azerbaijan—I would not like to focus on pessimistic facts. I would prefer to consider yesterday's event as a zero point from which we can make efforts for all future news to reflect an increasing likelihood of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan rather than the opposite,” said the Prime Minister.
