France to Provide Urgent Humanitarian Aid to Armenia
France has announced that it will allocate 15 million euros in urgent humanitarian aid to Armenia. This was stated in a declaration by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The French Parliament has approved the urgent allocation of 15 million euros for Armenia and the refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh. France has also expressed support for the rapid resumption of negotiations for a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the assistance of the EU and the US.
“We hope that these announcements are the first steps towards resolving the situation,” noted the ministry.
