Sullivan confirmed that Congress's inaction threatens the situation as the U.S. administration is projected to exhaust its resources for purchasing weapons and equipment for Ukraine by the end of the year. In other words, voting against support for Ukraine equates to voting in favor of improving Putin's strategic position.
