Turkey Hopes Armenia-Azerbaijan Talks Will Lead to Peace Agreement
“Turkey hopes that the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations will result in the signing of a lasting peace agreement.” This statement was made in a declaration following the meeting of Turkey's National Security Council, according to APA.
“Turkey will support all efforts that will establish peace in the countries of the region, including Armenia,” the statement added.
The meeting also discussed the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Turkey.
