On November 29, by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Eurasian Reinsurance Company. This information is provided by the e-Governance website of the Republic of Armenia.
“Based on Article 7, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Structure and Activities of the Government and Article 11, Part 2 of the Charter of the company, which is an inseparable part of the agreement on the establishment of the Eurasian Reinsurance Company: 1. Appoint Mher Grigoryan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Eurasian Reinsurance Company,” the decision states.
