The Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, did not discuss the situation related to former Artsakh Prime Minister Ruben Vardanyan during the open portion of their meeting. This was stated by the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“There was a private conversation that lasted quite a long time. And I do not know what was discussed there,” said the Kremlin spokesman.
