European Commissioner for Crisis Management to Visit Armenia
European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janez Lenarčič will arrive in Armenia. This information is noted on the European Commission's website.
He is expected to arrive in Armenia tomorrow, on October 6. In Yerevan, Lenarčič will meet with high-ranking officials of Armenia and will visit locations where displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh have sought refuge.
It is noted that Lenarčič is responsible for European civil protection and humanitarian aid. During his visit, the EU Commissioner for Crisis Management will discuss humanitarian issues related to the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.
