Last 2000 Armenians Leave Their Homeland and Land on 40 Buses
The last buses transporting those forcibly displaced from Artsakh departed from Stepanakert late at night. The buses left Stepanakert late in the evening and arrived at Kornidzor around 2:30 AM. Approximately 2000 Armenians left their homeland and land on about 40 buses.
In the morning, those displaced from their homes were transferred to Goris, where a support center has been established. Robert Ghukasyan, the governor of Syunik, informed ArmeniaSputnik that no more buses will leave Yerevan to evacuate residents from Nagorno-Karabakh.
