Canada to Provide $2.5 Million Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh Armenians: Melanie Joly
Canada stands by the Armenians of the Artsakh region. This was announced by the country's Foreign Minister Melanie Joly on her X page.
“With an initial investment of $2.5 million, Canada will provide humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable people,” she noted.
Ottawa will transfer the earmarked funds to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
