Nazeli Baghdasaryan Reports Number of Asylum Seekers from Nagorno-Karabakh
As of 18:00, a total of 74,400 forcibly displaced individuals from Nagorno-Karabakh have entered the Republic of Armenia. This was announced by Nazeli Baghdasaryan, the press secretary of the Prime Minister, during a press conference outlining the support efforts provided by the 'Humanitarian Center'.
According to the same data, 15,535 vehicles crossed the Hakar Bridge by that time. Registration has been conducted for 55,240 individuals.
Baghdasaryan indicated the distribution of displaced persons in various regions: 988 in Aragatsotn, 3,665 in Ararat, 1,231 in Armavir, 1,542 in Gegharkunik, 663 in Lori, 4,156 in Kotayk, 783 in Shirak, 1,958 in Syunik, 1,070 in Vayots Dzor, and 797 in Tavush.
Currently, 17,153 individuals have benefited from the accommodation provided by the state.
