The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh Issues a Statement
Dear compatriots, as long as the population of Artsakh has not fully relocated to the Republic of Armenia, we urge you not to set your homes, shops, and other facilities on fire. This is reported by the State Service for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
It is important to exercise responsibility and adhere to safety rules during this difficult and challenging period.
Let us remind you that on September 19, Azerbaijan began a large-scale attack against Artsakh. The Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the entire length of the contact line, launching missile and artillery strikes. As a result of Azerbaijan's aggression, there are at least 200 casualties and more than 400 injured.
