In This Situation, the Armenian Government Must Recognize Artsakh, Says Ruben Vardanyan
The Azerbaijani armed forces are shelling Stepanakert. The lives of 120,000 civilians, including 30,000 children, are under immediate threat. Former Prime Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, wrote this on his Facebook page.
“In this situation, the Armenian government must recognize Artsakh and protect its citizens. The entire Armenian world must stand by Artsakh and the people of Artsakh. The world must not allow a repetition of the second Armenian genocide,” he stated.
