US Senate to Hold Hearings on Evaluating the Crisis in Artsakh
The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee will hold hearings on September 14 to assess the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, according to the Senate website.
Officials scheduled to speak include Yuri Kim, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, and Lu Bono, Adviser on Caucasus Negotiations.
It is worth noting that on September 6, open hearings were held in the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission of the US Congress regarding the prevailing crisis in Artsakh.
In his remarks, former prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo accused US President Joe Biden of complicity in Azerbaijan's plans against the 120,000 ethnic Armenians, which he described as genocide.
