What Dishes Did Putin and Erdogan Taste? Russian Menu Revealed

During the dinner held in honor of Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Sochi, five dishes will be served. The menu for the meal with Russian President Vladimir Putin was posted on the Telegram channel of journalist Pavel Zarubin.

Vladimir Putin and Erdogan will have the opportunity to taste a smoked sturgeon salad with cucumber and avocado, as well as barabulka with tomato and pumpkin. For the first course, a beef kharcho soup will be served.

Among the hot dishes, options include fried mullet with vegetables and spinach sauce or grilled lamb ribs with mash. For dessert, 'Bird's Milk' will be offered. Two varieties of Russian wine from the Divnomorskoye estate will be presented on the tables.
