VIDEO: "We Must Act Boldly, Not Fearfully" Says Artsakh Prime Minister

We must take responsibility and take steps, as the struggle led into uncertainty and darkness will exhaust the people of Artsakh with its negative consequences. This was stated by Artsakh Prime Minister Gurgen Nersisyan on his Facebook page.

“We need to perform an open dialogue with the people, show initiative, not overestimate the efforts of the mediating countries, and utilize them correctly without underestimating. We should not fear difficulties and remain steadfast. The responsibility to determine the paths out of this situation lies with everyone; we must act not fearfully but boldly,” wrote the Prime Minister.
