VIDEO: Araik Harutyunyan Addresses the International Community

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has sent a message to the international community. He has raised the alarm, stating that the people of Artsakh are facing a real threat of annihilation.

"The artificial agenda proposed by Azerbaijan for starting a dialogue between Stepanakert and Baku is actually an attempt to legitimize Azerbaijan's criminal actions," he noted.

According to Araik Harutyunyan, Artsakh is now the only territory in the world that is under complete blockade, and even the international community has no access.

"Immediate action is required to stop the genocide of the people of Artsakh before it is too late," he added.
