Patron Davo to be Detained Again
The Court of Appeals of Armenia has overturned the Anti-Corruption Court's decision to release Davit Galstyan (Patron Davo) on bail, and he will be detained again. This information was provided to the media by lawyer Armen Harutyunyan.
“We voluntarily presented ourselves. There are now some document issues that need to be resolved so that the court and the penitentiary institution can accept him. We are currently in front of the detention center,” stated Harutyunyan.
It should be noted that Davit Galstyan is also involved in a case concerning the acquisition of unusable missiles. He was previously detained on this matter for an extended period and had been released on bail.
