Tension in Baghramyan Avenue: Relatives of Missing and Captured Soldiers Protest

Currently, the relatives of the missing and captured soldiers from the Ejmiadzin ‘Chemists’ Battalion are protesting near the presidential residence. One of them stated, “We have become a football; this structure is linked to that one, and from there to here. For three years, we have been constantly deceived. Pashinyan, back then you said that those who did not participate in the war would be sentenced to 15 years. So why aren’t you punishing the traitors?”

They announced that they would wait for a few more minutes. “If we are not accepted in ten minutes or half an hour, we will block the street again, but not for half an hour or an hour, rather for longer—until our voice is heard,” they declared.

Now, they are blocking Baghramyan Avenue at the Baghramyan-Proshyan intersection. It is noteworthy that the relatives of the missing and captured soldiers from the Ejmiadzin ‘Chemists’ Battalion had also blocked the Baghramyan-Proshyan intersection last week. They are demanding a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Furthermore, the relatives of the missing and captured soldiers have stated that they will not go anywhere until they receive answers to their questions.
