VIDEO: Is It Possible for the Karabakh Issue to Be Excluded from Armenia-Azerbaijan Negotiations? A Journalist Asks Pashinyan

In our opinion, Armenia cannot determine the fate of the Artsakh people. Representatives from Artsakh must be part of the negotiations and dialogues. This was stated today, July 25, during a press conference by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"We are promoting this agenda, considering that the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh should be discussed with the participation of Artsakh representatives in a Baku-Stepanakert format, within international mechanisms," announced the Prime Minister.

Pashinyan expressed his belief that the authorities of Artsakh could raise issues, generate content, and importantly, bear the political responsibility associated with that content. "That is the right path," declared Nikol Pashinyan.
