Photo: You Are Not Honest: Artsakh Human Rights Defender Addresses Klaar with Results of Azerbaijani Survey
Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan has presented the results of a survey conducted in Azerbaijan on his Twitter page. Residents were asked what they would do when encountering an Armenian child after the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Artsakh in 2025. Seventeen percent of respondents stated they would sell the child into captivity, while twenty-two percent claimed they would dismember the child and feed it to dogs. Stepanyan wrote: "Humanitarian aid from Aghdam to Stepanakert? Look at this picture and then speak. You are not honest, not even a little bit honest, Toivo Klaar. Azerbaijani society is completely saturated with hatred towards Armenians."
