Azerbaijan Allocates Several Million Dollars to Ukraine
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine. This was reported by ТАSS.
"In order to provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, the state budget's reserve fund allocated by the president will allocate $7.6 million equivalent in manat to the Ministry of Energy for the procurement and shipment of electrical equipment," the order states.
Last December, Azerbaijan sent a humanitarian shipment to Ukraine consisting of electrical equipment, including 45 power transformers and 50 generators, valued at over $800,000.
