What Did Pashinyan, Michel, and Aliyev Discuss? Details
A trilateral meeting was held in Brussels between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, President of the European Council Charles Michel, and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. This was reported by the Armenian Government.
During the meeting, they discussed the deepening humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh due to Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor, the ongoing work on delimitation and ensuring border security between the two countries, the unblocking of regional transport and economic infrastructures, the signing of an agreement to normalize relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the addressing of the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as issues related to prisoners, missing persons, and other humanitarian concerns.
Agreement was reached to intensify efforts toward resolving the discussed issues.
