"Wagner Will Not Sign a Contract with Shoigu" - Prigozhin

Prigozhin stated that members of the "Wagner" private military company will not sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense. This was reported by the Telegram channel Подъём.

"The orders and contracts that Shoigu is drafting pertain to the employees and military personnel of the Ministry of Defense. The "Wagner" group will not sign a contract with Shoigu. "Wagner" coordinates its operations with right and left-wing generals and unit commanders, possessing the deepest experience and being a highly efficient structure," Prigozhin's press service quoted.

He added that Wagner is "absolutely subject to the interests of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief" and coordinates all its actions while fulfilling the tasks set by Army General Surovikin.

"What can happen after this order? They won’t give us weapons and ammunition; when the situation escalates, they will come running, bring weapons and ammunition, and ask for 'help'," Prigozhin said.
