Russia Interested in Further Strengthening Cooperation in the CIS Area - Mishustin
Russia is interested in further strengthening cooperation in the CIS area. This statement was made by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting of the heads of government of the CIS countries held in Sochi.
“Russia is sincerely interested in further strengthening cooperation within the CIS. Over three decades, we have established a strong normative and legal framework for cooperation in both the trade and economic sectors, as well as in the socio-humanitarian sphere, which directly relates to the interests of all citizens of the participating countries,” said Mishustin.
According to him, the peoples of the CIS countries are united by a centuries-old history, culture, and civilization.
