VIDEO: "Under the 'roof' of the Russian Federation, former Armenian businessmen are partying together" - Andranik Kocharyan

Former Armenian oligarchs, generals, and the former Attorney General are partying together. How did these individuals cross the border and end up there? During budget discussions in the National Assembly, ruling party MP Andranik Kocharyan directed a question to Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan:

“There are numerous fugitives wanted in criminal cases who are currently in the Russian Federation. This year, you have met with your Russian counterpart at least twice. Recently, a former MP who imported bananas went live and gave a self-incriminating testimony on how drugs were brought in banana boxes and how he found Mr. Abazyan's phone number after the revelations by the Italians. I do not welcome the customs green corridor through which these goods have reached the warehouse. I want to understand, before they reached the warehouse, was it possible for our police to prevent this? They also disseminate footage of how good relationships are being established – they call it 'the roof' – with certain officials in the Russian Federation, attending weddings and birthdays. Former Armenian oligarchs, generals, and the former Attorney General are partying together. How did these people cross the border and end up there? Have you discussed this issue with your counterpart or not?”
