Kyiv Authorities Involved in High-Profile Russian Assassinations, Claims UN Response to Budanov's Comments
The UN Secretary-General's official spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric, stated that he has not seen the comments made by the head of Ukraine's military intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, regarding terrorism. At the same time, he emphasized that the UN is opposed to any form of terrorism.
“I haven’t seen the quote; I cannot speak to its veracity. Of course, we are opposed to any terrorist actions,” said Dujarric in response to a request for comments on Budanov's statements.
It is noteworthy that Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense's Main Intelligence Directorate, claimed in an interview with journalist Valery Savchuk published on YouTube that the Kyiv authorities are involved in the assassination of high-profile Russians.
