On May 5, during a meeting with the Armenian community in the Czech Republic, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to a question regarding why he does not resign his position to more capable individuals in the event of territorial concessions. He stated, 'And why do you live in the Czech Republic? Our issue is that we have lived in one place and considered another as our homeland. We should work in the state and pay taxes. Let’s put an end to the habit of loving our homeland from afar. You are the ones who surrendered the land, leaving behind the victorious territory, and you are living happily in Prague,' Pashinyan remarked.
