Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, addressed a question during her weekly briefing regarding whether Russia has discussed, in a bilateral or trilateral format, the installation of a checkpoint in the Lachin Corridor at the request of Azerbaijan.
“Discussions on establishing a border checkpoint in the Lachin Corridor among representatives of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan have not taken place,” Zakharova noted.
