Criminal Case Initiated Against Vitaly Balasanyan: Will Charges Be Filed?
A criminal case has been initiated against Vitaly Balasanyan, the former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council. The information was reported by Pastinfo.
"The criminal case pertains to abuses documented during Balasanyan's term in office. It is not ruled out that he could even attain a procedural status in the near future," the outlet writes.
According to the media, materials are currently being prepared on several other cases, based on which new criminal cases could also be initiated.
