Latest Data: 14,014 Fatalities in Turkey, Says Erdogan
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that, according to the latest data, 14,014 people have died as a result of the devastating earthquake that struck the country. In addition, 63,794 individuals have been injured, and 6,444 buildings have been destroyed, reports the Milliyet newspaper.
It is important to note that a powerful earthquake hit Turkey early in the morning of February 6, and the death toll continues to rise.
