More than 45 Countries Offer Help to Turkey After Earthquake; Death Toll Reaches 1121
In the wake of a devastating earthquake, nearly 45 countries, alongside NATO and the EU, have offered assistance to Turkey. This was announced by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the latest reports, the death toll from the earthquake in Turkey has reached 1121, with over 7,000 injured and nearly 3,000 buildings destroyed. The president stated that today’s earthquake is the largest natural disaster the country has faced since 1939.
The number of casualties is also rising in Syria, with regions including Aleppo, Latakia, Tartus, and Hama affected by the natural disaster.
