The 'Chinese Spy Balloon' Now Has an Account on Twitter: Here’s What It Posted

A Twitter account titled 'Chinese Spy Balloon' has been created, according to Iz.ru. Within just a few hours, more than 700 users subscribed to the account.

In several posts, the 'Chinese balloon' stated that the U.S. and China are friends.

"I am just a balloon, silly America," reads one of the tweets.

The balloon has also posted photos of the Montana mountains.

In the early hours of February 3, a reconnaissance balloon from China was spotted in U.S. airspace. Following this, the Pentagon reported that the device posed no threat to the public and that all necessary measures had been taken to prevent any leak of valuable information. Pentagon spokesperson Patrick Ryder stated that the Department of Defense considers the violation of U.S. airspace a violation of international law.

On February 3, Wang Yi, head of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission of the Communist Party of China and a member of the Political Bureau, mentioned in a conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken that China does not accept unfounded speculations and the noise caused by a balloon incident.
