Vahram Dumanyan Appointed as Presidential Advisor
The President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, has signed a decree appointing Vahram Dumanyan as an advisor to the President of the Republic. The decree states, 'Based on Article 139, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Parts 5 and 9 of Article 8 of the Law on Public Service, Vahram Dumanyan is appointed as the advisor to the President of the Republic effective February 2, 2023.'
It is noteworthy that Dumanyan was relieved from the position of Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports on December 12, 2022, a role he held since November 23, 2020.
